Problem:

We have been made aware of a change in version 15.4 of macOS which will impact network connectivity of our Mac OTG agent. We are advising all customers to hold off updating to Mac version 15.4 until further notice.

We will publish an update when we have more information

If your organisation does not use SentinelOne as your Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution, you can safely upgrading to macOS version 15.4.

If using SentinelOne, we are actively working with SentinelOne to investigate where the latest versions impact DNS functionality on macOS 15.4 and our Mac OTG agent.

We will update as soon as we have more information.
