Go to Settings > Support to customize the links to your support services. Once added, these links are visible to your customers in their profile profile-icon-small.jpg menu.

Note

As an MSP, the Support and Contact links available in your profile menu are set by the global system admin.

Follow the steps below to customize your support links.

  1. Go to Settings > Support.

  2. Support Desk URL: Enter a valid URL (default: https://support.titanhq.com/en/31873-welcome-to-webtitan-.html).

  3. Contact: Enter a valid email address (default: blank).

  4. Click Save Changes.

Once added, the Support and Contact links are visible in the profile menu.
