If you are browsing to a site and some of the images or data does not appear correctly, the most likely cause of this is that the images or elements are coming from a separate URL and this URL is most likely blocked.


You can view these blocked URLs on the Reporting > History tab.


To find the blocked URLs browse to the site experiencing the issues, then login to your WebTitan server and go to the Reporting > History tab, from here search for the user your are authenticated as.


From here you will see the main site Allowed, beside these Allowed logs you should see Blocked logs. These are the URLs that are stopping the images from loading.


To resolve this issue add these URLs to the Whitelist for the specific Policy or for the all Policies.
